Lifehouse Residential Facility
The desire to establish a safe residential facility for pregnant and parenting young women is an outgrowth of the pro-life work being carried out by many individuals and church organizations in the Louisville Metropolitan area. To encourage young women and men who are struggling with an unplanned pregnancy to consider life for their child carries a huge responsibility for the pro-life worker. Part of that responsibility is the obligation to provide the holistic support that they need.
One vital component that had been lacking is a safe place for the pregnant or parenting woman to live. This is the dream of those who were striving to build a residential maternity/parenting center in Louisville. The dream is now a reality as we have just opened our doors to pregnant women in need of our support.
